RULES

1. Don't eat anything not vegan.
2. Don't eat anything with gluten.
3. Don't eat anything with added sucker.
4. The eating disorders must be the center of your life.
5. Drink at least 1½ liter of Water every day.
6. Eat with your left hand (because it will take slower to eat)
7. Chew the food many times (your stomach will first notice it's full after 20 minutes)
8. Don't eat in front of the TV or computer.
9. Five 100-calorie meals are better that one 500-calorie meal.
10. Don't ever eat chocolate.
11. Drink a glass of Water every hour (not in school, because then you have to "go" all the time)
12. Chew gum when you are really hungry. (it might help a bit)
13. Read the list of bad foods over and over Again.
14. Cut food into tily pieces (then it look like more)
15. If you have to eat some food with many calories, eat it early in the day, so you have many hours to burn the calories off Again.
16. When you eat out, only order salat or vegetables (you can't know what there is in any other food)
17. Wear a rubber band around your wrist, and snap it when you want to eat (Food = PAIN)
18. Don't eat after 6.00 pm.
19. Don't eat for at least four hours before you go to bed.
20. Drink tea when you are really hungry.
21. Think on why you want to be thin, when you want to eat. Don't you want to look good, when you put on your bikini at summer?
22. All the Money you don't spend on food, use them to buy something nice for yourself.
23. Think at your eating disorders like they were your friends. Then you don't need any other friends. The "friends" you have will only try to make you stop.
24. NEVER eat in secret (like chips or anything, because if you do, you will hate yourself after, and then you have to throw up)
25. Never eat from a box, but use a plate, and if you are eating at your friends house, then only eat half sizes! ALWAYS.
26. When you feel hunger, Picture you stomach to eat all the fat you have.
27. Drink Coffee (the coffeine is good for calorie-burning)
28. Don't ever drink soda (unless it is without sucker and calories)
29. Drink green tea with lemon (it burns calories through the day)
30. Eat spicy foods (it raise the metabolism)
31. Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
32. Take vitamins (multivitamin, multi-B vitamin and B12)
